Lifted aromatically, with impeccably polished tannins and fine balance, the 2020 Barolo Tre Tine is super-impressive. In its first vintages, the Tre Tine was pretty imposing and linear from a tannin perspective, but the 2020 stands out for its exquisiteness and balance. Like most wines in this vintage, it is on the lighter side, but that is in no way a bad thing. 95/100 (11.2023)
